Capital of Cycling is excited to be supporting the Summer Repair Café at Woodville — a brilliant community event focused on fixing, re‑using and keeping valuable items in circulation. We’ll be there with our mechanic to help you get your bike ready for the summer holidays, whether it needs a quick tune‑up, a safety check or a bit of TLC.
No booking needed. Just drop in, bring your bike, and enjoy a friendly afternoon with skilled volunteers, good conversation and a brew.
What we’ll be offering
- Free bike checks & basic repairs from our Capital of Cycling mechanic
- Advice on keeping your bike running smoothly all summer
- Signposting to our wider cycling lessons, maintenance sessions and community rides
Alongside bikes, the Repair Café team will also be helping with electrical items, tool sharpening, toys & gadgets, plus plant advice and seed swaps — a proper community mix.
