Capital of Cycling Supporting the people of Shipley and Surrounds to make active travel part of their everyday lives, the new Shipley Active Travel Hub offers bike lessons, maintenance training, walking resources and lots more.
The Shipley Active Travel Hub is a partnership between the Margaret Carey Foundation, Capital of Cycling, Shipley Town Council and the Kirkgate Community Centre. Capital of Cycling is a major contributor to the operation of the Hub, providing staffing and HR support, organising lessons and activities, providing fundraising support, and linking the Hub to wider cycling networks in the region.
