Capital of Cycling 
Do you have an old bike gathering dust in the shed or garage, or perhaps some spare bike parts that you no longer need? Please get in touch at info@capitalofcycling.org and we can put them to good use in one of our projects.
This allows us to work with youth groups in disadvantaged areas teaching young people bike mechanic skills whilst they fix a bike to ride, giving them independence. Some bikes that have been donated are repaired, safety checked and gifted to refugees who have recently arrived into the country. We also give away cycle clothing to cycling groups we support or sell cycle clothing (for a small donation) to those who wish to support our charity, reduce their environmental impact or get a bargain!
We’d like to say a big “Thank You” to everyone who has donated a bike they no longer need, sent us their used (or sometimes new) cycle clothing, spare bike parts or donated money to Capital of Cycling.
If you have a bike that you no longer use or cycling clothing that could be used by someone else, please at info@capitalofcycling.org . We also welcome donations via Just Giving if you wish to support us to get more people in Bradford cycling. Or pop in to our Warm/Welcoming Space on Wednesdays 1-3pm and have a look through our cycle gear for sale.
