On Yer Bike Audio (from David Carpenter and Nicola Storr)

This page contains audio that you can listen to as part of our BD25 On Yer Bike exhibition and activities. It forms part of the work created by Nicola Storr in her work with a community in Buttershaw and her recording of a BikeAbility training session at a school.

It is produced in collaboration with David Carpenter – a sound artist with a background in community work and technology. He creates music as The Argent Grub often using found sounds, and loud guitars. His collaborative project with other local artists, A Sense of Place, creates experiences that connect people to each other, nature, the built environment, and their own creativity (www.senseofplace.org.uk).
