The Shipley Active Travel Hub is a partnership between the Upcycle (formerly Margaret Carey Foundation), Capital of Cycling, Shipley Town Council and the Kirkgate Community Centre. Capital of Cycling is a major contributor to the operation of the Hub, providing staffing and HR support, organising lessons and activities, providing fundraising support, and linking the Hub to wider cycling networks in the region.
It was supported at its inception by a grant from West Yorkshire Combined Authority.
