    Indoor Turbo Training class.

    The objective of these indoor turbo sessions is to supplement your existing autumn/winter cycling with a fun and challenging mix of technique, endurance and speed work to increase your aerobic and anaerobic endurance for the 2019 season ahead

    EVERY SESSION IS UNIQUELY WRITTEN AS A PERIODISED SEQUENCE LEADING YOU INTO THE NEXT SEASON AND IS COACHED FROM THE FLOOR.

    If you can identify with any of the following needs, then this could be exactly right for you:
    ✅ I’m not a fan of wet, winter rides.
    ✅ I need a challenging bike session to complement my outdoor training schedule.
    ✅ I want more power and consistency.
    ✅ I want to improve my winter fitness levels.
    ✅ I need to feel that the coach understands my individual sports or fitness needs and goals.
    ✅ I know I should do turbo work in the winter but it's so boring on my own!

    Session Details:

    Format: Group session of 60 mins (allow 10 mins set up & dismantle time). All equipment is provided (you can bring your own trainer and bike). All session are held in groups of 20 or less.

    Programme Content: A varied session of technique work, endurance and speed work, working to your own fitness levels and personal cycling needs.

    Location: Capital of Cycling (Hall Ings, Bradford), WEDNESDAY 6:30- 7:30pm, starting 10th October to April 2019. Note, you may join at any time!

    In this session, you will be able to pick out a bike from a selection of donated bikes which need some repair and work on it, hopefully we can learn to fix it together and wind up with a working bike at the end of it.

    This is a space for anybody in 'transport poverty' - that is, unable to afford transport (e.g. local unemployed or refugees and asylum seekers). It's about working together, in a Do it Together (DIT) spirit!

    The places are limited and attendance requires referral from one of our partner organisations and must be booked in advance. E-mail bradfordbikery@gmail.com or ring 01274 309597 and speak to Anthony or Dave to see if you or your beneficiaries can attend.

    Bring your bike along and try to fix it or simply help somebody else fix theirs. The whole point of this workshop is about group learning - all abilities. Although we have tools and an exprienced mechanic on hand - this is about you taking control!

    We do have some second hand spare parts available and you can help us strip old bikes for them too. The session is run by charities and volunteers so if you can make a cash donation for the service, it would be very welcome and allows us to continue.

    In this session, you will be able to pick out a bike from a selection of donated bikes which need some repair and work on it, hopefully we can learn to fix it together and wind up with a working bike at the end of it.

    This is a space for anybody in 'transport poverty' - that is, unable to afford transport (e.g. local unemployed or refugees and asylum seekers). It's about working together, in a Do it Together (DIT) spirit!

    We do have some second hand spare parts available and you can help us strip old bikes for them too. The session is run by charities and volunteers so if you can make a cash donation for the service, it would be very welcome and allows us to continue.

    The objective of these indoor turbo sessions is to supplement your existing autumn/winter cycling with a fun and challenging mix of technique, endurance and speed work to increase your aerobic and anaerobic endurance for the 2019 season ahead

    EVERY SESSION IS UNIQUELY WRITTEN AS A PERIODISED SEQUENCE LEADING YOU INTO THE NEXT SEASON AND IS COACHED FROM THE FLOOR.

    If you can identify with any of the following needs, then this could be exactly right for you:
    ✅ I’m not a fan of wet, winter rides.
    ✅ I need a challenging bike session to complement my outdoor training schedule.
    ✅ I want more power and consistency.
    ✅ I want to improve my winter fitness levels.
    ✅ I need to feel that the coach understands my individual sports or fitness needs and goals.
    ✅ I know I should do turbo work in the winter but it's so boring on my own!

    Session Details:

    The objective of these indoor turbo sessions is to supplement your existing autumn/winter cycling with a fun and challenging mix of technique, endurance and speed work to increase your aerobic and anaerobic endurance for the 2019 season ahead

    EVERY SESSION IS UNIQUELY WRITTEN AS A PERIODISED SEQUENCE LEADING YOU INTO THE NEXT SEASON AND IS COACHED FROM THE FLOOR.

    If you can identify with any of the following needs, then this could be exactly right for you:
    ✅ I’m not a fan of wet, winter rides.
    ✅ I need a challenging bike session to complement my outdoor training schedule.
    ✅ I want more power and consistency.
    ✅ I want to improve my winter fitness levels.
    ✅ I need to feel that the coach understands my individual sports or fitness needs and goals.
    ✅ I know I should do turbo work in the winter but it's so boring on my own!

    We do have some second hand spare parts available and you can help us strip old bikes for them too. The session is run by charities and volunteers so if you can make a cash donation for the service, it would be very welcome and allows us to continue.

    Indoor Turbo Training class.

    The objective of these indoor turbo sessions is to supplement your existing autumn/winter cycling with a fun and challenging mix of technique, endurance and speed work to increase your aerobic and anaerobic endurance for the 2019 season ahead

    EVERY SESSION IS UNIQUELY WRITTEN AS A PERIODISED SEQUENCE LEADING YOU INTO THE NEXT SEASON AND IS COACHED FROM THE FLOOR.

    If you can identify with any of the following needs, then this could be exactly right for you:
    ✅ I’m not a fan of wet, winter rides.
    ✅ I need a challenging bike session to complement my outdoor training schedule.
    ✅ I want more power and consistency.
    ✅ I want to improve my winter fitness levels.
    ✅ I need to feel that the coach understands my individual sports or fitness needs and goals.
    ✅ I know I should do turbo work in the winter but it's so boring on my own!

    Session Details:

    Format: Group session of 60 mins (allow 10 mins set up & dismantle time). All equipment is provided (you can bring your own trainer and bike). All session are held in groups of 20 or less.

    Programme Content: A varied session of technique work, endurance and speed work, working to your own fitness levels and personal cycling needs.

    Location: Capital of Cycling (Hall Ings, Bradford), WEDNESDAY 6:30- 7:30pm, starting 10th October to April 2019. Note, you may join at any time!

    Bring your bike along and try to fix it or simply help somebody else fix theirs. The whole point of this workshop is about group learning - all abilities. Although we have tools and an exprienced mechanic on hand - this is about you taking control!

    We do have some second hand spare parts available and you can help us strip old bikes for them too. The session is run by charities and volunteers so if you can make a cash donation for the service, it would be very welcome and allows us to continue.
